What's the job





Receiving and responding to customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail, providing an exceptional level of customer care Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to achieve our internal and external KPIs. Receiving and responding to customer enquiries, providing an exceptional level of customer care Providing administrative support, including mailbox management, where required including maintaining accurate data, and other general duties as required by the business. Liaising with suppliers, managing purchase orders with our offshore factories, in line with capacity requirements. Booking in and checking incoming orders and liaising with customers for delivery. Tracking orders to ensure they arrive with the customer on the expected due dates.

What experience are we looking for



Be IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Be a fast learner, unfazed by learning new processes and systems.

What are my hours and working days





This is a 9 month maternity cover ending March 2026, 40 hours a week on average, contract, Monday to Friday with no weekend work, 8.30am to 5pm.

What's our location




You would work out of our Head Office located in Trowbridge with plenty of free parking.

Salary & holidays




For the temporary role, the salary will be pro-rata.


Holidays are 33 days including bank holidays.


Unusually for a retail business, we close at Christmas!
