Hindley Green, Wigan
as a
Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role you will act as the main point of contact for customers & retailers, keeping customer satisfaction in mind at all times.
About the Customer Service Coordinator role
Working hours are Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
+ Office Days: Tuesday & Wednesday.
+ Hybrid working, working from home Monday; Thursday & Saturday. Act as the main point of contact for customers & retailers.
Be able to recognise & resolve situations of conflict during customer contacts.
Ensure timely communication & support for any queries or issues.
Liaise with teams across a multi-site business to ensure stock is delivered or returned to source within agreed time frame.
Interpret information using multiple systems in order to provide updates relating to delivery status.
To be cost conscious when undertaking activities within this role as well as recording returns, swap-outs & stock information accurately.

Our ideal Customer Service Coordinator will have the following skills and experience;
Must have previous experience using MS applications, delivering excellent Customer Service & providing administrative tasks.
5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths)
A levels preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and investigation skills
Demonstrates high level of accuracy with good attention to detail.
For Hybrid working, IT equipment will be provided however you must have your own internet connection.
