Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised
Customer Service Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in customer service and administration who thrives working in a dynamic and engaging environment, someone who is meticulously organised and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally and promptly
Maintain and update client records and case management systems with accuracy
Communicate effectively with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
Assist in onboarding new clients via third-party CRM systems
Allocate new clients to the onboarding team and manage data flow efficiently
Monitor key deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation
Process invoices and incentive vouchers for referring agents
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Travel to Richmond office (up to 6 times a year)
Minimum of 1 + years administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
Experience in legal, conveyancing, or customer service roles is preferred but not required
