CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a leading finance company, committed to changing the industry for the better. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with banking services, resolve queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Join a dynamic, fun team, work with industry leaders, and enjoy hybrid working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service is required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ROLE:

  • Assist customers with account enquiries, transactions, and banking products
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Process payments, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all banking laws and security protocols
  • Support customers with online and mobile banking services
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch and individual targets
  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulations is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using banking software and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • A positive and professional approach to customer interactions
  • GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent qualification required
