Job Description

Bishopsgate Specialist Installations require a Customer Service Executive at their modern Wootton Bassett facility.

Bishopsgate are a specialist provider of high quality delivery, placement and installations service's UK wide.

You will be joining medium sized, hardworking and friendly team. Company specific training will be provided.

You will be responsible for existing and potentially new accounts to ensure industry leading service continues to be delivered.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage high volumes of email traffic and telecom's communications at all levels.

Key strengths will include a great telephone manner, fantastic personality, good organizational skills and an ability to thrive under pressure.

Experience in the Transport / Storage / logistics arena will be helpful but not essential.

Answer incoming customer inquiries Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested
