Customer Service Executive - Southampton - xc2xa325,000-xc2xa327,000 - Based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday
We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and organised Customer Service Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Southampton. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth journey from sale to delivery. The company provides specialist renewable bespoke products throughout the UK and are at the forefront of sustainability.
Customer Service Executive duties include:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Process orders and manage account info
- Work with production and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
- Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Support the sales team with quotes and updates
- Customer service or sales admin experience (manufacturing a plus)
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Accurate and confident with data and systems (CRM, MS Office)
- Positive, team-focused attitude
