About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic
French-speaking Customer Service Advisor
to join our growing team in Belfast. You'll help customers in both
French and English
, resolving queries via phone and email, and creating positive, human-first interactions that reflect HCLTech's values.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer queries in
French and English
, providing first-contact resolutions.
Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels.
Handle requests, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Follow compliance standards, quality metrics, and internal procedures.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team leads and peers to exceed service and satisfaction goals.
What You'll Bring
Fluency in
French and English
(written & spoken).
Strong communication and listening skills with a friendly, patient tone.
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail.
Passion for helping customers and resolving problems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and readiness for an on-site Belfast role.
EU citizenship or valid UK work permit (required).
Willingness to relocate to Belfast (if not local).
Successful candidates must complete an
Access NI and credit check

Working Hours & Salary
Monday to Friday | 07:00 - 19:00 rotational shifts (40 hours per week)
Salary 27,456 per year (13.20 per hour)
