Purpose Of the Role:
This position serves as a vital link between Dachser and external partners, ensuring the best possible updates are provided to our customers. It also plays a key role in monitoring deliveries to ensure they align with Dachser's product specifications. This position offers multiple opportunities for growth and development into as our depot in Bristol continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to ongoing import-related queries from customers and partners, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
Monitoring and managing daily communications between Dachser and our network of partners through the shared inbox, offering guidance, status updates, and prompt resolutions to queries.
Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and arranging bookings efficiently and professionally to maintain high service standards.
Accurately entering and managing daily UPS shipments, ensuring all relevant documentation and system entries are completed in a timely manner.
Performing regular checks within the warehouse to verify inventory, track incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
Addressing internal and external service requests submitted, ensuring each is resolved or escalated appropriately.
Coordinating the return of goods to senders, including communication with stakeholders and completion of required documentation.
Assisting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational support to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
Attention to detail
Experienced in supporting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing a busy workload.
Confident using Microsoft Office and working across multiple internal systems.
Consistently precise when handling data, processing orders, or managing documents.
