Key responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and emails

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
