The Role
As an
Inbound Customer Service Advisor
, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers. You'll handle queries, resolve issues, and provide helpful, friendly service -- every time. No cold calling, no sales targets -- just excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
Listen, understand and resolve customer queries or concerns
Provide accurate information and support with products or services
Log and update customer information and call notes clearly
Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when needed
Work as part of a team to meet service standards and response times
Stay calm under pressure and handle a wide range of customer needs
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly, confident
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
A calm, patient and helpful approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate systems
Previous customer service, contact centre or retail experience is a bonus
Must be available full-time and able to start immediately
