Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our busy admin team.

The successful candidate will work alongside our new and existing customers in a wide variety of tasks, by communicating effectively and using our specialist CRM software. The successful candidate will guide our customers through the order process. As part of a small but vibrant team candidates will also be expected to display versatility and flexibility in adapting to fast moving situations and use their skills and strengths to support those around them, as necessary.

Merchandise

- With all the latest promotional merchandise products, we can advise that the items you choose to use for marketing your brand are on trend and useful. With our specialised divisions we have unique products and offerings that sets us apart from our competition, making us a market leader.

Clothing

- Our production unit will make sure your corporate clothing is made to the highest quality to display your brand and team appearance. With over 3000 garments to choose from, we help to make the choice easy for you, offering pre-production samples to test for size and quality before bulk orders are produced.

Textiles for sports

- With our Hatton Textiles brand dating back to 1984, we supply major golf clubs and sports clubs both here in the UK and in the USA. Woven golf towels, sports and beach towels along with scarves, hats and other accessories.

Eco Range

- With our specialised Eco division and our ISO14001 certification for Environmental Management, we can help you with our sustainable and environmentally-friendly options...let's beat the 'war on plastic' together and make sure your next marketing campaign uses environmentally friendly items.

Hours: 37.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:

Organisational skills

- You will need to be highly organised to deal with multiple enquiries, numerous demands on your time and to operate within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be the ultimate 'multi-tasker'. Support and advice is never far away but in order to be highly effective you will need to be a quick learner.

IT Skills

- You will need to be familiar with all the usual office-based platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel). However, central to our business is a specialised CRM system that is used to store data, provide quotes / product inf

Personal attributes

- The successful candidate will be confident, energetic, and enthusiastic. This will reflect pervading atmosphere within both our team and our industry. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills are also very important. Excellent time keeping, work ethic and professionalism are essential as is the ability to excel and thrive as part of a small team.



Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship we would hope to offer the apprentice a permanent role within the organisation.



Training Provided:


You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) working towards the Level 2 Step into Business apprenticeship.



Additional Information:


GCSE 4/C in English and Maths is desirable.
