Our Customer Service Advisers act as our 'Brand Protectors'--providing essential support to our customers after their furniture has been delivered. As part of your apprenticeship, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, receive full training, and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service Level 3--all while earning a salary and developing your career. You'll be supporting the customer service team Monday to Friday, helping to provide an exceptional experience for our customers and going the extra mile to ensure they receive service worthy of recommendation. The role involves both telephone-based support and administration duties.
