Job Vacancy - Sales & Booking Assistant
Location: Cardiff Students' Union
We are a busy phone and laptop repair company based inside Cardiff Students' Union, and we're looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team.
Role:
Booking in repairs for phones, laptops, and other devices.
Providing excellent customer service to students and staff.
Handling enquiries, explaining services, and upselling where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate records of jobs and payments.
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
Confident communicator with great people skills.
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Tech knowledge is a bonus, but full training will be given.
Hours & Pay:
Part-time / flexible shifts available to suit students.
Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities.
