Your Mission:

Telephoning customers who have got in touch via our online enquiry forms (no cold calling) Delighting clients by providing outstanding customer service via phone and email, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued Driving sales growth by enthusiastically explaining our fantastic offerings, confidently closing bookings, and turning enquiries into unforgettable experiences Occasionally helping our warehouse team pick and pack orders

Passionate and confident communicator who thrives on building relationships Driven by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excited about science, education, and making a positive impact on children's lives

Essential skills:

Brilliant telephone manner Previous telephone sales experience Positive and enthusiastic outlook Excellent attention to detail Strong computer skills (word, email, typing etc.) Flexible & committed Available some weekend days

Hours

This is a full-time role from 9am to 5pm five days a week. Sublime Science is open seven days a week, so your rota will include some weekends on and some weekends off. Some extra flexibility will be required to cover for staff absences.
