Customer Service Representative Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly candidate to join our close knit customer services team. The team strives to constantly provide the best possible service to customers and process customer orders, payments and returns as efficiently as possible, exceeding expectation whenever possible.

The role:



Answer phone calls to take orders, answer order or account queries and provide advice Respond to email orders and queries Set up and enter complex order details on the system Check orders and system account details before orders are completed Process payments and send invoices/statements to customers Develop a good rapport and relationship with customers and other departments within the UK and our German HQ office Help out the logistics team when the business requires.

We are looking for:



Some previous customer services experience is required Excellent customer service skills and focus Great communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Strong attention to detail, organised and a thorough approach to work Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Initiative and good problem-solving ability A team player.
