The Role
This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for a mix of responsibilities that will stretch your skills and keep things interesting, including:
Engaging with customers by phone
and email,
offering high level customer service, solving problems and building strong relationships.
Processing orders, invoices, and delivery notes
with precision using Xero and our new warehouse management system.
Coordinating courier consignments
and working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
Keeping accurate records and creating insightful Excel reports
to help the team make informed decisions.
Refreshing and updating website content
, including pricing and product details, to keep everything current.
Contributing to marketing campaigns
and new resource development, bringing your creative ideas to life.
Pitching in where needed to cover busy periods
, holidays, and special projects, gaining experience across multiple areas of the business.
