Customer Service & sales support, shop sales & ordering of parts.
Looking for an opportunity to join a growing, successful company supplying Touring Caravans and Motorhomes in Garstang?
Experience/ownership of a caravan or motorhome would be helpful but isn't essential as we will provide training and support in the period of learning of our products and business.
Role.
Working with our engineers on locating and sourcing parts.
Sending parts away for repair.
Assisting in workshop scheduling.
Checking in caravans and sourcing parts or ensuring any work required is completed.
Requesting repairs for outsourcing.
Ordering gas & parts for the shop.
Ensuring paperwork for warranty claims in complete for accounts to submit a warranty claim.
Assisting with sales, presentation and exterior cleaning of touring caravans.
Assisting customers in the shop.
Assisting with handovers and ensuring they are ready on time.
Assisting the sales team in the marketing, display, social media, videos of stock and loading of stock onto our website.
We are looking for someone who is:-
Able to work 2 weekends and then one weekend off on a rota with days off in the week, this equates to 5 days per week.
Is a team player.
Enthusiastic
Able to use your own initiative
A good working knowledge of the Internet & Social media
Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
*Holds a Full UK driving licence.
