Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless process from client engagement to project completion.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to streamline operations
Handle incoming calls, e-mails and act as the first point of contact for clients.
Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Organise and prioritise the workload off the sales team and Director.
Research and identify new business leads using Company software and database.
Manage smaller client accounts
Prepare and submit tender documents
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
Support the development of marketing materials as needed
Facilitate communication between clients and project teams
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within sales or customer service
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
