Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and occasional walk-in
Provide accurate product information and resolve queries professionally
Liaise with couriers and internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues
Inspect and process product returns with care and attention to detail
Monitor parcel tracking systems to deliver proactive support
Support day-to-day operations within the sales team
Contribute to internal projects once established in the role
You'll also work in our wholesale business handling customer orders and stocking in small deliveries.

Experience in a customer service or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills (email is a key channel)
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Interest in our product range--or a willingness to learn quickly
Reliability, initiative, and a professional attitude
