About the Role

Klasse Group Ltd is a fast-growing supplier to the UK construction industry. We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our enthusiastic, culture-driven team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and supporting our sales activities. You'll help ensure customers receive accurate information, timely responses, and a smooth ordering experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.

Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.

Assist in coordinating with internal teams to meet customer delivery expectations.

Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently.

Help identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving team targets.

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or order processing systems is a plus.
