We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized
Customer Service, Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate
(Self Employed) to join our swim school team. This role combines customer communication, social media engagement, and sales coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing families providing excellent service, managing enrolments, and helping promote our swim programs online.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide information on swimming programs, schedules, and pricing.
Assist parents and guardians with registration and class changes.
Ensure all customers receive professional and friendly service.
Follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales (Swim School Focus):
Follow up on new enquiries and guide families through the booking process.
Convert leads into confirmed enrolments for swimming lessons.
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer communications.
Provide recommendations on suitable class levels and packages.
Work closely with the swim school manager to meet enrolment targets.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage the swim school's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content highlighting classes, student achievements, and promotions.
Respond to comments and messages promptly to build community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and assist with marketing campaigns.
Promote special events, seasonal offers, and new programs online.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing (preferably in education, sports, or recreation).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva).
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
Education & Experience:
Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Marketing & Sales experience required. (Meta Business Suite ideally)
Experience working in a swim school, sports club, or education environment is a plus.
Work Environment:
Collaborative, family-friendly environment.
Based at Company Home office & opportunity for Hybrid / work from home after 6 months.
Reports to: Swim School Manager or Operations Manager.
In house training & development opportunities provide.
Hours Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm (Tuesdays can be added later)
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
