Job Brief
Lavinia Stamps is seeking a creative, organised, and platform-savvy
Marketing, Customer Service and Social Media Assistant.
This role plays a key part in our social media presence across multiple platforms, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that our brand, products, and events are communicated with consistency.
In addition you will further support the Customer Service Manager with order related queries, follow up emails and answering the phone, processing telephone orders.
We're looking for someone who has strong organisation and communication skills and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Essential Skills & Experience
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities are essential
A keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excel proficient
Desirable Attributes
A genuine interest in crafts, stamping, or creative hobbies
Experience working within a creative or product-based business
Experience with influencer outreach or community engagement

Pay: 25,902.00-26,000.00 per year
