We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Administrator to join our team at our head office in Nottingham. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring full customer service/sales support from the receipt of customer orders through to the delivery of products. You will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our customers while supporting the growth of our diverse business.
Responsibilities
Processing and reviewing orders, releasing order information to the warehouse for order picking and producing invoices for the deliveries for the transport team.
Creating all associated paperwork for the customer.
Book in orders for delivery.
General administrative support to the sales and delivery function.
Deal with ongoing customer and sales team queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction to solve issues and help maximise sales opportunities.
Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette.
Handling customer queries, complaints, credits and collections.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Utilise multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base when necessary.
Any other duties which are reasonably requested and required within this role.
Requirements
Cantonese/Mandarin language skills are desirable for the role.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Experience of using Excel proficiently
Experience of order processing 1 year +
Experience of invoicing & crediting
Attention to detail and strong time management
Flexiblility to ensure business needs are met
EDI experience preferred but not necessary
