Our Consumer White Label division supports major automotive manufacturers and finance providers. Due to maternity cover, we have two exciting fixed-term contract opportunities in this team: one focused on phone support and another handling invoice and end-of-contract queries.


About the Roles





You will join a friendly, high-performing team that supports customers throughout their entire vehicle journey - from obtaining quotes and placing orders to the end of their lease.



Depending on your role, you will;



Be phone-based, supporting dealers and brokers.


Serve as the primary point of contact for our White Label customers, including dealers and brokers. Handle inquiries related to quotes, orders, website support, quote matching and validation, as well as vehicle registrations. Proactively manage your customer queue, ensuring timely updates are provided from the initial quote through to delivery. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in quotes.

Or work with invoice queries and vehicle handovers.


Manage invoice and recharge inquiries related to end-of-contract vehicle damage. Analyse inspection reports using the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines. Liaise with customers and suppliers to investigate and resolve complaints and disputes efficiently. Provide timely updates and clear documentation throughout the process.

Experience in a customer service-focused environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively on the phone and to write informative, concise, and friendly emails. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Confidence in using IT systems and managing own workload.
