to join our service desk team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with bookings, enquiries, updates, invoicing, and daily front-of-house tasks. This is a great opportunity to build strong customer service skills while learning how an automotive garage operates.
What You will Do
Greet customers and handle phone/email enquiries
Book MOTs, services, and repairs using our garage management system
Liaise with technicians and update customers
Prepare quotes and manage service records
Assist with parts and general admin
Ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish
Drive customers to and from the garage as required
What We are Looking For
A genuine interest in customer service and the automotive industry
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Organised, reliable and keen to learn
Ability to work well as part of a small, supportive team
GCSEs in English and Maths preferred (or willingness to work towards them)
Full UK driver's licence essential
