East Midlands Vending are a young, fast-growing Company, looking for an intelligent, dynamic person to grow within our business.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised
Customer Service & Stock Control Manager
to oversee key operational functions within our growing vending and MicroMarket retail business The ideal candidate will be practical and hands-on, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a great customer care skills.
This role is office based and central to supporting the day-to-day efficiency of our service desk, managing purchasing and stock across all our retail platforms, communicating with our customers and providing valuable insights and improvements through regular data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Desk
Supervise the customer service desk, ensuring all queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally, both telephone and email.
Assist in developing procedures and tracking KPI's to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Retail Stock Management & Purchasing
Monitor and manage stock levels across vending machines, MicroMarkets, and wholesale supply.
Place and track orders with suppliers, maintaining relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.
Ensure stock accuracy across all platforms and systems and working closely with the Warehouse to manage this.
Data Analysis to develop a good and progressive products range.
Operational & Commercial Analysis
Use sales and service data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Produce regular reports for management, covering inventory movement, retail sales performance, and service outcomes.
Action & Support strategic decisions into the field Operation.
General Office Management
Coordinate administrative functions including supply ordering, record keeping, and staff support.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer service, retail operations, and data analysis roles.
Dynamic person with Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in-Service software systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and confident using stock/order management systems.
Analytical mindset with experience generating and interpreting reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience in vending, MicroMarket, or automated retail environments.
Familiarity with service desk software and service platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
