Customer Service Support
at our site in Dunmurry.
This role will involve liaising with customers / sales team to process customer orders, conduct telephone sales/marketing, and prepare quotations as well as providing administrative support for an expanding external sales team. If you are a self-motivated person, with a positive attitude and meet the essential criteria below, then this could be the role for you.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service / telesales role
Experienced with data entry and record-keeping
Proficient in the use of MS office software
Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grade C, including Mathematics and English
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational skills and diligent with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of using CRM / ABI software
Building / construction knowledge with understanding or technical terms and principles and ability to understand building plans and drawings
Remuneration Package
Salary Competitive - circa 25,000
30 days annual leave (pro-rata) including company stat days plus additional days awarded with length of service
37.5hrs per week with early finish Friday
