What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face Deliver friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused support at all times Manage orders, answer product/service questions, and resolve issues efficiently Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records and follow processes with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or admin experience is a bonus - but not essential A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment Punctual, dependable, and a genuine team player
