What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, or online Answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information Handling basic admin tasks such as logging queries or updating records Working closely with your team to deliver excellent service Keeping the service area tidy, professional, and well-organised
