Please note that due to the requirements of our Gambling Licence, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Talented Team Members, in various roles, to work at our Bingo Club in Lowestoft. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role

Entertain and engage our customers. Provide World Class Customer Service Meeting and Greeting Customers Providing help and assistance to customers Selling Bingo Books/packages Giving change Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable Serving/preparing food and beverages A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

The Person

Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry) Good communication skills Cash handling experience Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred) A good work ethos: Are you happy to help out and go the extra mile Punctual Hard working And have a smart appearance

The Pay and Hours

These are

permanent

positions for a minimum of 20 hours hours per week, with a minimum rate of pay of 12.21 per hour. These roles do include working

days

,

evenings

and

weekends

. The candidate must be able to work weekends. Hours to be determined at interview
