Mitchells of Mansfield Ltd are recruiting for a friendly, helpful and conscientious team member to join their existing Customer Services Team.
The role will include, answering the telephone, helping customers with queries, responding to emails, using I.T. based systems and working within a team. Full training is provided, However the applicant must have customer service experience along with experience of dealing with queries via the telephone
