A great opportunity has arisen to join Affinity Water as a Customer Service Technician (CST) based in Rickmansworth. You'll be part of a team that manages the operation of Affinity Water's below ground network, ensuring that networks are stewarded, customers are served, and water quality is preserved at all times.
You'll play a key role in serving our customers, providing a quality customer experience that meets customers' expectations every time. You'll investigate, advise and report on enquiries within prescribed timescales, keeping customers informed throughout their journey with us. You'll also help to preserve our water quality by ensuring all works are delivered within regulatory and company standards.
You'll also help to steward our networks, planning and executing network isolation's to facilitate planned and reactive works, investigating reports of visible leakage and completing Network MOTs to assure the accessibility and operability of our assets.
As you build your expertise, you'll ensure Affinity Water are able to make well-informed, efficient and cost-effective decisions on the operation, repair and maintenance of the network.
