4on / 4off shift pattern

Duties & Responsibilities:



Managing our customers daily volumes. Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems. Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Must be happy working on a 4on/4off shift pattern

An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
