We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring proactive and regular communication with designated accounts.
Manage the full order lifecycle, including complex and non-standard orders, using advanced SAP and CRM systems.
Investigate and resolve pricing errors, account setup issues, and escalated complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Raise credit notes, rebates, and machinery support credits accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit Control and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead team initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and support training and development.
Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records and reporting through SAP and CRM tools.
Take ownership of challenging customer situations, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation.
Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
