This is a fixed term contract role starting on 8th September 2025 until 31st January 2026
Valley Road, Birkenhead, CH41 7ED
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with some overtime from October 8am - 6pm.
Salary: 23, 810 per annum (salary is paid monthly)
This role is working in the Contact Centre for the Card Services team who deal with customers who have received one of our Love2shop products and require assistance with it. Queries are Balance Enquiries, Lost/Stolen, Refunds & Transaction Disputes.

Proven experience within a demanding customer service role
Proven experience handling customer queries via Telephone, email and web chat
Problem solver
Attention to detail
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
