Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
