Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Support the delivery of an exceptional level of service for our customers face to face, or via e-mail, online and the telephone.
Assist with bookings, including group bookings, footplates, accommodation and group bookings.
Answer any visitor enquires in a helpful and professional manner
