Summary



We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ultrasound Direct NW. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities (Not exhaustive)



Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage clinics as and when needed - Drivers licence and car essential. Utilise phone etiquette to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Assist clients with booking appointments and provide detailed information about our services. Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance client experiences. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry tasks. Manage complaints.

Requirements (Not Exhaustive)



Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Should have an excellent command on the phone. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A calm and organised individual. A self started who is able to manage heavy inbound calls quickly and effectively with passion empathy and dedication. Understands the needs of the business and targets. Good understanding of medical terminology and handling enquiries to book blood samples, healthcare appointments, communicating with referrers, invoicing.

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
