We are looking to recruit a Full Time Customer Services Advisor (35.5 hours per week) to deliver an exceptional experience for our players across all channels(calls, chat, email, back office)
You must have previous experience of working within a Betting Environment, with a keen interest or knowledge of Sports and Casino products.
Exceptional customer services skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain working relationships. You will have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel and a good standard of general IT skills. Experience of using customer relationship management systems such as Intercom or MaxContact will be an advantage.
You must be flexible with your hours of work, as this role will be 35.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift pattern.
