This is a part-time role, 28 hours per week, offered on a 6 month fixed term contract

What's it all about?



You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, aiming to resolve their queries quickly and effectively. You will be working on phones, emails and live chat. Your work helps ensure guests receive the best possible service in our hotels- so they leave happy and want to come back.

What are the extra bits?


This is a

6 month fixed term contract

This is a part time role-

28 hours per week

Working week looks like -

9am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday

Salary for 28 hours per week is:

18,957.47

Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, but you're welcome to come in every day if you prefer! 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
