Job Summary:



Due to rapid expansion, Morepour are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services and Planning Coordinator to join our team. Working in the brewery and hospitality sector, it is our job to keep pints pouring across the UK. We plan installation, maintenance, and event work for a number of brewers across the UK with our customers ranging from large international breweries; to smaller, local craft brewers.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting operational planning and scheduling activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient resource planning.

Please note this role will involve some weekend working.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service:



Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Monitor service performance and escalate issues where necessary.

Planning & Coordination:



Assist in the development and maintenance of operational schedules and resource plans. Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to support planning decisions. Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance of in house technicians and sub-contractors. Support continuous improvement initiatives in service and planning processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in customer service, planning, or coordination roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software (e.g., ERP systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
