We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English or other languages, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their queries. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills in English; other languages is an advantage. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse situations and provide effective solutions promptly. Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.30-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
