It's exciting times at the Lovely Gift Group at the moment and to meet our growth plans, we are extending our team. Do you Fancy coming on board as a Customer Service Assistant?

Working with our busy production team you will be responsible for handling all customer enquiries from our ever increasingly busy retail websites. We have a variety of enquiries including order chasing, checking image arrived, copy checks, product query etc and occasionally complaints.

You will need to be empathetic, caring and polite in nature. You will also need to have a skills including problem solving, thinking on your feet, commercial awareness and you must absolutely be able to use a computer and have excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential, it is more important to have a large amount of empathy due to the emotive nature of the keepsake items we sell. In down times, you will be required to assist in dispatch with the packing of items also (as with all team members). This role will be required 5 days per week from 7am until 3pm with the possibility of some remote work outside of these ours due to business needs.
