We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will 'man' the Customer Service desk, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with orders and product enquiry.
Assist customers with loyalty membership queries.
Be able to provide cover on the tills as and when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to analyse situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
A friendly and professional demeanour with a passion for helping others.
The role will involve working Alternative Weekends, and a minimum of 2 days in the week.
