Job Description
Scottish Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Scotland. Our role is to grow the game and inspire Scotland through rugby in line with our values of respect, leadership, achievement, engagement and enjoyment.
We are looking grow our team with people who will provide outstanding customer service, sales and administrative support for Scottish Rugby as well as any ancillary events at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
What will you be doing:
- Ensuring all ticket sales are processed accurately and efficiently by carrying out telephone or over the counter bookings
- Acting as the first point of contact, understanding customer expectations, needs and what they value
- Support the department management team with match day planning and operations when required
- To provide general administrative support to the department
- Respond to customer queries and assist in the resolution of customer complaints by phone, post or email in a professional and timely manner
- Customer services experience over the phone, by e-mail and in person
- Ability to demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines
- Well-developed administration skills
- Experience of working in a sales and/or ticketing environment
- Experience of operating a switchboard
- Full UK driving licence
