About the Role



We are looking for a dependable and organised individual to support the daily operations of our e-commerce web department. The role combines customer service, administrative support, and coordination with suppliers and internal branches. It suits someone who values traditional customer care, works well within established systems, and can take initiative when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer enquiries by phone and email in a polite and professional manner. Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately. Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and stock availability. Monitor order queues and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch. Carry out stock checks and report low-stock or listing inconsistencies. Network effectively with suppliers and other branches to resolve stock, delivery, or product information issues. Investigate and resolve problems promptly, escalating where necessary. Support general administrative work, record-keeping, and documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualities



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Well-organised with a high level of accuracy. Confident using office software and web-based systems. Proven problem-solving ability with a practical, steady approach. A team player who can work cooperatively across departments. Ability to build good working relationships with suppliers and branch staff.

Desirable Experience



Previous customer service or administrative experience. Experience with e-commerce systems, product catalogues, or online order management. Background in coordinating with suppliers or internal branch networks.
