Role Summary

We're seeking an E-commerce Marketing Assistant to support our digital growth and enhance the online customer experience as we expand our direct-to-consumer and trade business. Graduate opportunity available.

This full-time, on-site role suits someone with 2+ years of digital marketing experience or a graduate with hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including automated flows and segmentation (Klaviyo a bonus) Work alongside the Marketing Manager to update website content: homepage banners, promotions, and product pages Create, plan and post social media content Support SEO and e-commerce campaigns Produce data-led reports Collaborate on creative and offline brand projects

You'll need:

Confidence using email marketing platforms (Klaviyo a bonus) Strong copywriting and analytical skills Proactive approach and attention to detail A creative eye for detail Genuine interest in skincare, wellness, or luxury FMCG
