Responsibilities
Shape: Shape a brand-new department, creating processes, systems, and procedures that drive efficiency and growth.
Engage: Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, building trust and strong relationships.
Identify & Promote: Spot opportunities for upgrades and enhancements, and champion Aquabio's proactive sales approach to maximise value-added solutions.
Coordinate: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, collaborating with internal teams for pricing and resources.
Track: Monitor campaigns, follow up on quotations, and maintain a clear, organised sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven background in after-sales, technical sales, or project support.
Drive: Strong customer focus combined with a proactive sales mindset.
Confidence: Ability to handle technical enquiries and prepare accurate quotations.
Organisation: Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
Commercial: Attention to detail and ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, Sage, and new technologies.
