This is an exciting opportunity to join Family Confident Limited, a rapidly growing company dedicated to protecting our customers most valuable assets, helping them attain financial security. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a key role in onboarding and supporting new customers. You'll conduct welcome calls ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for booking annual review appointments with existing customer. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Base Salary:

27,000 per year

Additional Pay:

Bonus scheme Performance-based bonus

Expected Year 1 OTE Earnings: 39,000+ (including bonuses and incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard customers, to make sure they are getting the most out of our service. Engage with customers to address their needs, resolve issues, and drive retention. Identify cross-sell opportunities and book in appointment for our Advisers. Effectively communicate the value of policies to customers and keep teammates informed. Book annual review appointments between of customers and advisers. Manage call backs and time effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups. Handle policies efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or a similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms. Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. A team player who collaborates well across departments. Growth-oriented, willing to push outside your comfort zone for professional development. Committed to building a long-term career with the company.
