About the Role
We're hiring a
Customer Success & Marketing Executive
who will play a vital role in supporting our users, improving client outcomes, and leading engaging communication across channels.

What You'll Do
Customer Support & Success
Become a first-line support contact for customers using My Pet Walker, Appy Pets, and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals.
Respond to queries via phone, email, and live chat.
Deliver live product demos to prospective clients, showcasing value clearly and confidently.
Provide onboarding and training support to new users.
Monitor customer engagement and success metrics to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Analyse user data and feedback to help inform future product enhancements and service updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Content, Marketing & Social Media
Take ownership of our TikTok and Instagram accounts (and other platforms as needed).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content: posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
Promote customer success stories and use them to build brand trust and engagement.
Help shape our brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling style.
Track social performance and optimise content based on engagement metrics.
Oversee email marketing campaigns aimed at educating users about new features, updates, and best practices.
Apply SEO knowledge and WordPress experience to publish content and enhance online visibility.
Sales & Growth Enablement
Support outbound communications with leads, potential partners, and trial users.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotional messaging, and sales collateral.
Feed back insights from users and prospects to help shape product direction and messaging.
Tools & Technical Engagement
Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva) to support digital marketing and customer engagement efforts.
Use Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, content planning, and data analysis.
What We're Looking For
Confidence on the phone and in video demos.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram -- you know how to create content that grabs attention and engages an audience.
A passion for digital tools, startups, or the pet industry (bonus if all three!)
A willingness to learn and grow into a broader role in sales or marketing.
Proof of skills, either through previous experience or a creative portfolio.
